I've been wondering, on the PC version of CoD4, you can edit your config or cfg. You can edit for example the detail settings, and hud settings. Does anyone know if there's a way to edit your config in the PS3 version? ...

First of all you need to know, that this is only possible if you have at least a fps of 150-250. The game limits the fps to 85 fps. Go to your config file. You can find it in your Call of duty folder under players and your profile name. Open the config with your text editor and search for an entry called "seta com_maxfps "85" change the number to 500, save the new settings and start your game. If you are in front of the wall, look into the sky for 1 sec until your fps are high enough, now jump and keep space pressed. Thats it!

This is Call of Duty 4 Prologue Killing House Training session. I did it in 14.45sec here, but my personal best was 13.6sec.
