PART 1 OUT OF 2 :) Chapter 3: Surprise *Flashback, Normal POV* When the doorbell rang, Denise went to the door and told all her boys, including Kevin Sr., to go hide. She shut off the lights and opened the door. "Why are—"Kim started. "SURPRISE!" Everyone yelled and jumped up from their hiding spots. They all went to go hug Kim who was a little too startled. Kim hugged her parents first because they were right there, then Denise and Kevin Sr., then Kevin, then Nick, and then she finally got to Joe. It seemed like both families were waiting for this hug like it was the last pitch of the World Series or something. "Happy Birthday Kim!" Joe said as he pulled her into him. Kim said muffled against his shirt, "Thanks Joe!" She hugged him tighter and then they finally released and smiled at one another. "Hey, youre wearing your polo shirt. And its the purple one. I love it on you!" Kim smiled as she touched the collar and then Joe flushed red and the parents were 'awing' and saying 'how cute.' Typically parent stuff. "You know, Joe was the one who thought of the surprise party idea." Kevin Sr. said to Kim as he took her light sweater. Kim turned to Joe and hugged him again and whispered, "Thank you so much." In the next hour everyone was talking, playing board games and played Seinfeld: Scene It with was stupid because none of them knew how to play; they were fighting when they were watching the 'How to Play' option. (A.N. thats what happened on Christmas when my family tried to play it. We were fighting non-stop. Totally the Christmas Spirit!) Linda and Mark, Kims parents put in home videos of Kim, the last one was of her and Joe at a wedding. He was the Ringer Bearer and she was the Flower Girl and they were slow dancing and Joe put his lips to hers for less than a second. This made both Kim and Joe blush and they looked away. Joe finally spoke up, "I need to show Kim part 2 of 2 of her birthday present." "Okay Joseph." Denise said and shooed them away. Joe took Kims hand and pulled her outside and up to their tree house in Kims backyard. Joe let Kim climb up the tree house ladder first. When she got into the tree house, he made his way up as well. When Joe got up he found Kim looking around and staring at the pictures on the walls from birthday parties, to weddings, and to their first 'date.' Kim picked up the picture of them on their date, "Oh my goodness, I remember this like it was yesterday. Those were the good old days, werent they?" She laughed and hung back on the wall with a purple thumb- tack. Joe then walked over to her and said, "Are you ready for the big surprise?" Kim nodded her head. Joe told her to close her eyes and she obeyed. She had an eager look on her face. Joe walked to the end of the tree house and dragged the new telescope towards her. What do you think? Becoming Reality Chp 18: School Year Part 5
i'm done wrapping christmas presents! yay! here's part 5! this is my favorite part of the 6 parts in this chapter :) so enjoy it! lol :) Sara's P.O.V. Ah, this is the life. I'm finally away from home at college and I'm best friends with my favorite band ever. Let's not forget Jesse. I met him at the beginning of the year and soon after he asked me out. Of course I said yes, I really liked him, plus he was cute. Anyways life was good, school was good, everything was good. I was couldn't wait to go on tour with the Jonas Brothers, but first I had to get through school, and exams. Why were exams invented? They're so annoying, but the year was going by fast. When Nick, Joe, and Kevin visited I introduced them to Jesse, and they seemed to like him. We then did some other things, nothing too exciting, we are in basically a cow town, so there's not much to do. That's why when everyone found out I was friends with the Jonas Brothers it didn't make that big of a difference. Over Christmas break we were all sitting watching a movie. Joe and Devon were sitting next to each other, well almost on top of each other, but whatever. I looked at Kevin and Sam and knew it was only a matter of time before Kevin asked her out. I had Jesse. I looked at Nick, who was sitting next to me. He looked a little lonely, I don't know what he was thinking, but I knew what I was. We needed to find him a girlfriend. I was sitting at my desk trying to focus on studying for my last final, but somehow Europe kept coming into my mind. I should probably go to bed and sleep so I'm not exhausted for my final tomorrow, but that's just the way I roll. Haha, wow, I must be really tired. I'll study a little bit longer, then I'll be fine. Wow, this is really bad, I need sleep soon, I need to get up at 7:05 tomorrow. I feel like I've been studying for an eternity, but soon I'll be able to move on. 6 minutes and then it'll be time for me to fly. Hopefully I won't be wrong again on the exam tomorrow. I need to just take a breath and take it one day at a time and maybe by the year 3000 I'll have visited Australia. I'm done playing games, I need to study. Hold on, where's that book? I gotta find it. Oh it's on the shelf. I gotta bb good and study just a little more tonight then I can live to party. Hollywood here I come! Maybe I should play my music. Dear God, I need an S.O.S. I got myself going crazy, my poor unfortunate soul. Exams are not what I go to school for, but we're the kids of the future. It's burnin' up in here! Sorry! I guess this is goodnight and goodbye. My phone rang interrupting my "studying," the number was unknown, but I answered. haha so the ending is my favorite part of the chapter i was on a roll with the song titles i used 30!! can you find them all? lol sara brings up a good point why were exams invented? does anyone know? lol (i wrote this around exam time haha) oh and who called the girls? was it the same person? different people? good? bad? exciting? pointless? scary? threatening? terrific? stupid? is that enough questions? i can't think of any more adjectives so i'm done now comment!!! one more part in this chapter which will be up fairly soon i need to clean my room a little since i was wrapping presents in it lol :)
