CORSAIR CWCH50-1 HYDRO COOLER VS. UPPER-END CPU AIR COOLERS?
I'm putting together a new system with an AMD Phenom II 965 Black Edition 3.4GHz Quad-Core CPU and I could use a little help on the cooling solutions. I've taken a liking to the Corsair closed-loop liquid cooling solution http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181010&Tpk=corsair%20h50 but I want to be sure that it really is worth the money. I have partly become attached to it because the reviews claim that it can achieve temps 10 degrees C lower than air coolers. Another reason is that my chosen ram has tall heat dissipation fins that would be in the way of most large heatsink/fan solutions. Does anyone have experience or knowledge of the Corsair hydro cooler? I don't have the money to purchase a full blown liquid cooling system with all the water blocks and radiator and what have you. This sounds too good to be true.. is it?

MY CPU TEMP IS ABOVE 60 DEGREE CELSIUS IS THAT NORMAL?
my highest tempature jsut for bringing up yahoo answers is 76 degree celsius and 169 degrees Fahrenheit. is that normal? just for bringing up a website? sitting idle with just mozilla running its stay at. 62 degree's celsius and 144 degree's Fahrenheit. Is that normal or to hot? should i invest in a new fan? well my computer runs really slow and sounds like a vaccum cleaner when i open something. or when i restart my computer.
