P90X Yoga X Class Update - Day 11

http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - Today was day 11 of P90X, and I did Yoga X for the 2nd time. I'm starting to get the hang of the yoga poses now but I had to stop about 30 minutes into the class as my lower back was hurting me. I hurt it a few years back lifting weights so it's something that I need to watch. I'm still rolling with the P90X diet and nutrition plan and loving it. I've felt really great over the past week so I'm not sure if it's a result of overhauling my diet, the exercise, or a combination of both. Stay tuned!

P90X Core Synergistics Program Results - Day 23

http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - Today was day 23 of the P90X workout program and I encountered the core synergistics workout for the first time. I really wasn't sure what to expect, but things went really well. I got a great workout and really enjoyed today's DVD. In the nutrition department, I'm still on track. I needed to restock on a few things so I ran to the grocery store this afternoon. I picked up some new foods that are included in the portion plan and will be working them into my diet for a little variety.
Has anyone tried the diet plan that comes with the Turbo Jam package?
If so, how has it worked out for you? I've been on it for about a week, and I feel pretty good, but not sure if I've lost any weight. I don't believe in scales, I'd rather measure myself. lol you don't believe in scales? ...

P90X Back, Legs and Ab Ripper X Results - Day 12

http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - Today was day 12 of P90X and the DVD workout focused on legs, back and abs. I pushed myself as hard as I could but about halfway through the legs and back routine, I started to feel sick again. I immediately stopped and took about 45 minutes to calm down before skipping to the Ab Ripper X segment. Fortunately, I was able to avoid getting sick... I ate well again today and followed the P90X nutrition plan exactly. The portions approach rocks by the way, I highly recommend it! Tomorrow is Kenpo X followed by a day of rest(!). Stay tuned...
Review of Tony Horton's P90X Fitness Program - Day 8

After taking yesterday off to rest, I was definitely ready to get back in the swing of things. The chest and back workout went incredibly well, I really pushed myself as hard as I could and got a great workout. After the first 5 minutes of Ab Ripper X however, I started to feel nauseous and I got sick again. I decided not to finish the ab routine after getting sick, and just had a protein shake and some fruit juice and rested. I'm feeling better now and am looking forward to tomorrow's workout. Even though I got sick again towards the end of the program today, I definitely felt a lot better through the chest and back routine than I did during week one and was really able to push myself hard.
