Spectacle de clôture du 400è de Québec. Pour couronner une année grandiose et fertile en festivités de tous genres célébrant les 400 ans de la ville de Québec, au Canada, un ultime spectacle à grand déploiement eût lieu devant le Manège Militaire le 31 décembre 2008 mettant en vedette 400 choristes faisant la revue musicale de lannée devant plus de 30 000 personnes ravies et dynamisées par le froid mordant. Le thème musical du clip composé par Robert Laberge sintitule Frissons, ce qui nétonnera pas ceux qui étaient présents par un froid bien québécois de -32 degrés! In this clip, you are hearing what Wayne Gretzky, Canada's greatest ice hockey player ever, had to say back then. Even though he would not win an Olympic medal in the sport, he was one of the Hockey Canada staff behind the scenes that led Canada to finally win the gold medal at Salt Lake City 2002, after 50 years. But, talk about an eccentric emcee in the background though. The second half of this clip highlights the handmade "indoor" fireworks going off. It may be a Chinese invention, but the Japanese really adopted it as "their main cultural art." This will lead to the outdoor version. This clip does look a bit too dark at certain scenes.
