ARE THE HCG SHOTS FOR WEIGHT LOSS SAFE?

I have been reading Kevin Trudeau's book for natural cures for weight lost and it said something about the HCG shot, has anybody had these shots? DO they work? Are they legal? For the most important thing are they safe?

ARE THERE ANY WEIGHT LOSS MEDICATIONS SPECIFICALLY FOR BIRTH CONTROL PILL WEIGHT GAIN (25 POUNDS!)?

All of high school I have been 5'9" and between 119-127 pounds. (I'm a senior now.) No matter how many times I finish off a dozen donuts in one sitting or how many sodas I drink, I never really gain much weight. After my house was hit by a flood, I got a bad case of stress-related acne and was prescribed birth control to get rid of it. I took yaz for only two months. While my acne has mostly gone away, during the second month my weight skyrocketed to 149 pounds. My eating habits did NOT change. The weight gain was so rapid that I now have ugly stretchmarks all over my hips. I've been off yaz for about 5 months and the weight has not budged. Ever since, I've started eating healthily and doing cardio 3+ times a week with no results. I feel like my body thinks that I've already had a baby so it's storing fat?! I don't know anyone else who has gained this much weight so quickly from birth control, or anything else for that matter! Are there any methods to undo it or medications for this problem??? I am desperate! (Though 149 is not overweight for my height, the extra gain is all pure body fat and I feel extremely uncomfortable being 3 sizes larger with a muffin top and cellulite)

NEED TO KNOW MY LOSS WEIGHT RESULTS?

i need to start losing weight, honestly i have fat all over my body and it makes me feel horrible. I want my body back but im not sure if i could be able to lose if i do this way. For breakfast, healthy cereal or oatmeal For lunch, apple or yogurt For dinner, have small portion of anything what my parents makes..... If hungry between meals- eat a fruit or vegetable. Avoid all junk and bad food&drink. No juices. Drink lots water. Exercise plan: run 20 minutes a day Bootcamp DVD 40 minutes a day Sit ups 25x Push ups 25x StepUp Thingy for 15 minutes. They should be enough good.... how much do you think i will be able to lose til? When will i notice my results? Thanks!

A WEIGHT LOSS QUESTION...?

I am 16 and weigh 65kgs :/ and really wanting to loose at least 10kgs. I'm a NZ size 10-12 which is I think a UK size 36-38 or a American size 14 (I think). I already eat healthy and exercise, running, biking, etc but I've noticed after 9months of this... nothing has changed, my weight was stayed the same. I don't want to go on those crazy diets that cause serious problems to your health, and I don't have 100s of dollars to spent. Does anyone know a good diet that actually truely works or something to help loose this weight, even if it helps loose only 3kgs a week, just as long as it's works long term and is something I can stick with. Three years ago I was a NZ size 8, weighing 50kgs (a healthy 50kgs) and I was happy with that, but taking anti-depressants encouraged me to gain weight and now I'm really not as happy with myself as I used to be. My weight was probably the one thing I was happy with back then and I really want that back without starving myself. Another note is, I am quite short... about 5ft. Can anyone help me or give me some helpful advice? And please, if you can't answer my question sensibly don't answer at all..

GYM WORKOUTS - WEIGHT LOSS - CURVES OR CONTOURS - WOMENS GYM - HELP? :D?

I'm planning on taking up serious weight loss and I'm thinking about joining Curves but I'm not sure if it's appropriate for me. Is it a kind of gym that assist with large amounts of weight loss or only toning for already slim ladies? Also, do you have to provide your weight or measurements to join because I would not be willing to do that as well. Please let me know of your experience :) Just FYI - I also plan of doing other exercise at home - walking or using my cross trainer but I feel like I should do something else as well for toning.. hence Curves. Please dont' tell me to go to a normal gym because I really would not feel comfortable doing that at this time.. but maybe in the future. Please tell me anything about your experience, thanks everyone!
